Well as you can see my page needs updating. It's been a long time since I've been on here or entered any competitions. I go to Stamping up classes every other month and have grown to love there products. I have my lovely new craft room but don't seem to be making full use of it. Life in general has been so so busy. Looking forward to making some new designs :)

Well as you can probably see I have lost contact with my card making and crafting. I have'nt done anything since feb. I am trying to motivate myself to get back into it. I have been watching the new channel on telly and also been to my card class which I have'nt done with one thing and another since June. I get notions come to me but don't put them into action. I really need a push from somewhere as I do want to start again. Well hope evryone elses crafting is going good xx

Just to let you know I am busy card making still and also been to Weymouth caravaning for half term. My life seems to be very busy at the moment and all my free time I'm either drawing, painting or crafting. Hence why I'm not very consistant on here. Well I wish you all well and leave you some pic's of my holiday.

Update on my cards. I have been to pick up the few that was left from last time and leave them with the new stock. But a couple of days ago they uped the order so I left 60 christmas and 70 everyday in a little village store so I'm very pleased with this. Have a great weekend all x

I just want to add a few of my new cards which are ones I have made for a little shop I supply. Because its a small village shop they like to keep the price low. So I try to make reasonably quick cards for this.

Hi I just want to say hello to all my blogging friends and add a few of my new cards. I am busy preparing cards for local craft fair and the shop I supply. Also trying to keep up with the housework (boring) and entertaining family. Oh and my son had to go to school dressed up for book day at school. They are not allowed to hire, just use stuff from home.

Amazing Day ...

Just thought I would let you know I had the most wonerful and special day yesterday as I was at the birth of my friends baby. I just adore babies anyway and after having 5 of my own it was so nice to be there and support the family. My first niece was born a month ago today and I was with her before she was 24 hours old but to be there for the birth of this wonderful new life was amazing.
This is a pic I took just after with his sister who is 4 in Oct.

This is one of my favourite ones of a round houe which can be found at Veryan.
Veryan is most famous for its nineteenth century thatched Round Houses There are five in all, two pairs of which stand at each end of the village and another in the centre. They were originally built by a missionary named Reverend Jeremiah Trist for his daughters. In a round house there are no corners where the devil can hide. A crucifix on the top of each one adds extra protection!

Hi this is for the ABC challenge which is F for fairies. I love making fairy and fantasy cards as I think they always have a bit of charm about them.
I have added some glitz to there wings to give a bit more of a translucent effect and I think the colours to this card work well together. Happy for any comments Thanks Su xx

Hi I have entered this card for the Ooh la la acetate challenge. It did'nt turn out quite how I wanted.
Behind the acetate I have a lovely vellum by papermania.
Then on the top I have created the flower, butterflies and dragonfly with peel offs and fantasy fibres. I thought with the light shining through it would allow the fibres to sparkle. Thanks for looking Su X

Watercolour - Shambles of York

Just thought I would add this picture that I painted about 4 years ago. I use to do a lot watercolour paintings then but have got out of doing them. Although I am thinking of starting to paint again as I did use to enjoy it. I will add some more craft items to my blog as I have done some acrylic paintings more recently. Also a few encaustic. Hi all
Just want to update you on what I've been up to. I've been really busy cleaning and getting our caravan ready to use, its a second hand van but a new van to us we have just got it to see how we like caravaning and how much we use it before we outlay for a new one.
Well enough of that, it means I've got no crafting done, I can't believe it I've got lots of new stash but no time to play. Will need to make a card this week as it's sister in laws birthday.
Well here's a card I done a while back this is using paper and bits from the dovecraft fantasy range.
