Just thought you might like to see this card I have just made for the trimcraft challenge which is decoupage.

Challenge card for Ooh la la

Hi I have entered this card for the Ooh la la acetate challenge. It did'nt turn out quite how I wanted.
Behind the acetate I have a lovely vellum by papermania.
Then on the top I have created the flower, butterflies and dragonfly with peel offs and fantasy fibres. I thought with the light shining through it would allow the fibres to sparkle. Thanks for looking Su X

Watercolour - Shambles of York

Just thought I would add this picture that I painted about 4 years ago. I use to do a lot watercolour paintings then but have got out of doing them. Although I am thinking of starting to paint again as I did use to enjoy it. I will add some more craft items to my blog as I have done some acrylic paintings more recently. Also a few encaustic. Card for Papertake challenge

I have just made this card for the Papertake weekly challenge. I have used acetate for the front and ripped paper under for the tree's at the bottom, then I added the snowflakes on top to add some dimension.

Made this for my partner this morning to celebrate our anniversary today.

This is a card I've made this afternoon along with some others. This one was made using card folded into gatefold, adding vellum, ribbon, backing paper and penny black stamp coloured with H2o's.

Busy bee

Hi all
Just want to update you on what I've been up to. I've been really busy cleaning and getting our caravan ready to use, its a second hand van but a new van to us we have just got it to see how we like caravaning and how much we use it before we outlay for a new one.
Well enough of that, it means I've got no crafting done, I can't believe it I've got lots of new stash but no time to play. Will need to make a card this week as it's sister in laws birthday.
Well here's a card I done a while back this is using paper and bits from the dovecraft fantasy range.
